Xeneva Services is a paid consultancy platform. We do not ship physical goods; we deliver scheduled one-on-one consultations with vetted Indian experts (senior consultants, SEBI-registered advisors, qualified lawyers, Chartered Accountants and certified coaches), along with the agreed deliverables (audit documents, written recommendations, drafted contracts and similar). This Service Fulfillment Policy explains how those deliverables reach you, the applicable timelines and any charges.
All consultations on Xeneva are paid upfront via UPI. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We do not offer pay-after-consultation or cash-on-service for any consultancy listing.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST. Payments completed outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business day. For genuinely urgent same-day requests, please call +91 87962 91844 after booking.
Consultations are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. You will receive the meeting link in your calendar invite. Sessions are not recorded by default; if you wish to record the session you may request this at the time of scheduling, subject to the consultant's consent.
For consultations that include a written deliverable (brand audit, legal document review, HR policy review, tech audit, financial plan), the deliverable is shared by secure email after the live session, within the timeline indicated on the service detail page.
Because Xeneva consultations are delivered remotely, all Indian pin-codes are serviceable. We collect your address only for tax-invoice purposes and for any document-courier needs (where applicable). International clients may book consultations subject to time-zone availability of the assigned consultant.
There is no separate fulfillment charge. The price displayed on the service detail page is the all-inclusive amount you pay at checkout. Bookings below ₹999 attract a small platform service fee of ₹49, displayed transparently in the checkout summary.

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Subsequent or shorter-notice rescheduling may attract a fee of up to 10% of the booking value or be treated as a cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, whichever applies.
