1. About this policy

Xeneva Services is a paid consultancy platform. We do not ship physical goods; we deliver scheduled one-on-one consultations with vetted Indian experts (senior consultants, SEBI-registered advisors, qualified lawyers, Chartered Accountants and certified coaches), along with the agreed deliverables (audit documents, written recommendations, drafted contracts and similar). This Service Fulfillment Policy explains how those deliverables reach you, the applicable timelines and any charges.

Payment is mandatory upfront

All consultations on Xeneva are paid upfront via UPI. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We do not offer pay-after-consultation or cash-on-service for any consultancy listing.

2. What you receive

On successful confirmation of payment for your booking, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email from care@xenevaservices.com containing your Order ID, consultation purchased and total paid.
  • A follow-up contact from our fulfillment team within the timelines stated below, to (a) collect any documents needed for the session, and (b) schedule the consultation at a slot that works for you.
  • A calendar invite with the Zoom or Google Meet link once the slot is confirmed.
  • Any agreed written deliverable (audit report, recommendations, drafted document) within the timelines specified on the service detail page.
  • A GST-compliant tax invoice for the booking.

3. Scheduling timelines

All Xeneva consultations are delivered remotely. After your payment is verified, our fulfillment team contacts you within the following business-hour timelines to confirm your consultation slot.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST. Payments completed outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business day. For genuinely urgent same-day requests, please call +91 87962 91844 after booking.

4. How the consultation is delivered

Consultations are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. You will receive the meeting link in your calendar invite. Sessions are not recorded by default; if you wish to record the session you may request this at the time of scheduling, subject to the consultant's consent.

For consultations that include a written deliverable (brand audit, legal document review, HR policy review, tech audit, financial plan), the deliverable is shared by secure email after the live session, within the timeline indicated on the service detail page.

5. Pin-code & service eligibility

Because Xeneva consultations are delivered remotely, all Indian pin-codes are serviceable. We collect your address only for tax-invoice purposes and for any document-courier needs (where applicable). International clients may book consultations subject to time-zone availability of the assigned consultant.

6. Fulfillment charges

There is no separate fulfillment charge. The price displayed on the service detail page is the all-inclusive amount you pay at checkout. Bookings below ₹999 attract a small platform service fee of ₹49, displayed transparently in the checkout summary.

7. If our team has not reached out

If you have not heard from our fulfillment team within the timeline indicated above, please:

  1. Check your email spam / promotions folder — first contact emails occasionally land there.
  2. Use our Track Booking page with your Order ID and registered email or phone to view current status.
  3. Email care@xenevaservices.com quoting your Order ID. We will respond within 2 business hours and ensure scheduling is back on track.

8. Rescheduling & changes

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Subsequent or shorter-notice rescheduling may attract a fee of up to 10% of the booking value or be treated as a cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, whichever applies.

9. GST invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically for every paid booking and sent to your registered email along with the order confirmation. GSTIN of Xeneva Hospitality Private Limited: 07AAACX5779N1ZI. If you need the invoice resent or a duplicate issued, write to care@xenevaservices.com.
